What is Project Office?
Project Office is a project management app that uses the Gantt method to help users manage multiple projects, assign resources, track remaining work, and identify potential bottlenecks. The app offers a 14-day free trial and basic project management options such as Gantt chart view, outline view, resources management, multiple baselines, critical path, customized calendar, filtering, projects and reports sharing, and iCloud backup. The Pro version includes additional features such as import/export of Microsoft Project® (XML) files and network diagram view.
1. • Critical path: Project Office displays your project’s critical path, which is the series of tasks that are necessary in order to finish your project on schedule.
2. Gantt chart view helps you keep an eye on tasks durations, start and due dates, completion percentage, dependencies and resources assigned.
3. • Projects and reports sharing: send an entire project to your colleagues or Email the Gantt chart to others as PDF.
4. Network diagram view will help you easily map out the project schedule and work sequence, track its progress and completion.
5. Project Office can export and import files with Microsoft Project® (XML) format.
