What is Connect HCM?

The Human Capital Management application is designed to manage employee-related tasks and activities. The app has various features that allow employees to submit requests for overtime, leave, claims, and travel. The app also has a dashboard that displays company information, and a collaboration section for private messaging. The app is designed for both employees and managers, with different levels of access and authorization.



Software Features and Description

1. User can submit their related claim, entering claim type (Meal Weekdays OT, Meal Holiday OT, Taxi Fare, Phone Charges, Others), from date, to date, Type (Regular, Acho, Other), Currency Type (MMK, USD), Amount, Description and related attach document.

2. Admin or Manager can approve or reject each staff's request overtime, request claim, request daily log, request leave, changing profile and appraisal list.

3. Time In form contain employee's location with latitude and longitude, in/out time, in/out date.

4. choose Leave Type (Medical, Earned Leave, Maternity, Study & Examination, Casual, Without Pay, Absent 5%, Absent 15%, Hospitalization and Compassionate), Start Date, End Date, Start Time and End time.

5. User can submit their overtime hours choose From Date, To Date, From Time, To Time and Reason.

6. User can submit their travel choose Destination, Departure Time, Return Time, Purpose, Mode of Travel, Vehicle Use and related attach document.

7. Employee can see company's information for Total Employee, Departments, Branch, Customers, Sales pipeline, Leave Taken, OT Hours by Department, OT Hours by Cost Center, Max OT Hours By Department, Max OT Hours By Cost Center and Project Status.

8. Normal staff can see their submit, approved, reject information of leave, overtime, claim.

9. The manager can see each staff's photo date of birth, email , address and department.

10. Location setup contain location type (Office,Customer side, event, other),location name , latitude, longitude and distance.

11. User can add some more related information at remark and reason fields and also related attach document.

Install Connect HCM app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:

  2. Install the emulator:

    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Connect HCM"
    • The search will reveal the Connect HCM app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Connect HCM is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Connect HCM.
    • Now enjoy Connect HCM on PC.

  1. To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

  2. To use Connect HCM,
    • Login to the PlayStore we just installed
    • Search for "Connect HCM" » then Click "Install".
    • Connect HCM will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Connect HCM functions

- My Team: Allows managers to view their team members' information, including photo, date of birth, email, address, and department. The section also includes a calendar that shows the current date.

- My Office: Allows managers or admins to approve or reject staff requests for overtime, claims, daily logs, leave, profile changes, and appraisal lists. Normal staff can view their submit, approved, and rejected information for leave, overtime, and claims.

- My Day: Allows users to submit their daily work activities, including date, time, type, status, place, and description.

- My Finance: Allows employees to view their monthly salary information and payroll details.

- My Docs: Provides information about employee rules and regulations and office discipline referral forms.

- Collaboration: Allows for private messaging and contact list viewing.

- Dashboard: Displays company information, including total employees, departments, branch, customers, sales pipeline, leave taken, OT hours by department, OT hours by cost center, max OT hours by department, max OT hours by cost center, and project status.

- Admin: Allows for location setup, including location type, name, latitude, longitude, and distance.

- Profile: Allows users to edit their NRC number, date of birth, email, and address. Managers can approve edited profiles.

- Time In: Allows employees to submit their in/out time, including location, date, and time.

- eID: Displays employee card.

- Check In: Allows users to submit their place, time, and event name, with tracking name and latitude and longitude.

- Leave: Allows users to submit related leave, including leave type, start and end date, start and end time, remark, reason, and attach document.

- Claim: Allows users to submit related claims, including claim type, from and to date, type, currency type, amount, description, and attach document.

- Overtime: Allows users to submit their overtime hours, including from and to date, from and to time, and reason.

- Travel: Allows users to submit their travel details, including destination, departure and return time, purpose, mode of travel, vehicle use, and attach document.

- Training: Allows users to submit course details for training.

- Reservation: Allows users to book rooms and vehicles.

- Feedback: Allows users to give feedback for training.

- Appraisal: Allows users to submit and update assignments with description, self-rating, manager rating, and remark.

- Setting: Allows users to change their password for the My Finance section and switch between two languages.
