Install WE Connect by Windstream app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using WE Connect by Windstream on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WE Connect by Windstream"
- The search will reveal the WE Connect by Windstream app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once WE Connect by Windstream is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WE Connect by Windstream.
- Now enjoy WE Connect by Windstream on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use WE Connect by Windstream,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "WE Connect by Windstream" » then Click "Install".
- WE Connect by Windstream will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Can login but can’t view anything

I thought this was supposed to be so much better than the Windstream app. I am able to login but I can’t view anything. Now I ll have to call customer service and waste time trying to get the app working. Give me back the Windstream app that actually worked.

Doesn’t work

Every time I try to log in it says cannot communicate with server. Also can’t use old app because it takes you straight to this one with no other option. Really inconvenient when you just want to set up online payments.
