Using IID Customer Connect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "IID Customer Connect"
The search will reveal the IID Customer Connect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once IID Customer Connect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including IID Customer Connect.
Now enjoy IID Customer Connect on PC.

Good but buggy

I was very happy to see when this app finally arrived. However, it is still very buggy and crashes often. Hopefully this will only get better.
Almost $3.00 to use

You can't even register yourself in this app. It doesn't let you type more than a couple characters before randomly glitching out. Would love to pay my bill but you guys changed things again...

This application is terrible, poorly optimized, and as far away as user-friendly as you can possibly go. Terrible, terrible, absolutely terrible. Who is developing this application? 5 year-olds, my answer.
