1. While king's subjects are preparing for his triumphant arrival, his sister - startled by his strange letters from during the war - suspects that Raphael has been cursed and that a real war is about to begin.

2. Strange letters, sent by her broher in the last weeks of war expedition and horrible nightmares lead her to believe that something wrong is going on with the king.

3. King Raphael returns victorious from the expedition against the army of the mysterious Elf Sylvanheir.

4. When the subjects await the arrival of their king, his sister - the alchemist - is full of bad feelings.

5. The war between the Kingdom of Phoenix and the possesed army of elves and their leader Sylvanheir is coming to an end.

Awesome as always!

I love A.M.’s graphics/artwork! Just beautiful! Stories are always interesting and draw you in. the app Grimoires has become one of my favorite series. As always there are no glitches and the game flows perfectly! I was so excited to see a new game by this developer. Never let down. This is a must buy gamers! Anxiously awaiting another! One thing I wish was there was a bonus chapter. I had to pay 7$ for the game as it did not give me 30% off so a bonus chapter should really be included for that price.
Much shorter than usual

While these games are usually worth the money, this one is not. The sale price went up to $4.99 and I was done in an hour and a half (no bonus chapter per the norm). The graphics were beautiful, the story line was ok, but I did feel let down. It was much shorter than the normal artifex Mundi game, was more expensive, and for some reason (and I love fantasy story lines) wasn't as enjoyable to play (I cant put my finger on it) for some reason. The story line just didnt flow or maybe I just didnt care. For reference, Artifex Mundi games seem to be 4 and half star games for me. I rarely think a game is worth 5 stars. So with my three stars there you have it.
Sequel. Now.

Oh no. Oh no no no no. You can NOT do that. There needs to be a sequel to this game. I’m still waiting on a the app Grimoires 2-2, and that one didn’t have anywhere near the cliffhanger this one had. This one needs a sequel asap. As in now. Lots of love to the Artifex Mundi team. You create some really beautiful games. Now get on this app-2!
Really good game

I gave it 4 stars because the ending just sort of stopped, so they could make a number 4. The graphics are great, good story. It could have been longer, and I would like Artifex Mundi to add a bonus chapter on all their games. The extras are nothin, at least make it so you can get morphing items you missed, and the collectible items you missed. I do like your games, just wish there was better extras.
