Install FC Parking app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using FC Parking on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "FC Parking"
- The search will reveal the FC Parking app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once FC Parking is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including FC Parking.
- Now enjoy FC Parking on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use FC Parking,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "FC Parking" » then Click "Install".
- FC Parking will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Waited till I got home on WiFi to install the app, went thru the signup rigmarole then asks for a zone. Good grief people, I’m at home. Evidently need a option to skip that part.

Great app to ensure you get parking tickets

Fantastic parking app that will almost guarantee you get a ticket. The payment system is top of the line, at failing. You’ll submit payment after payment while getting friendly error messages that provide you with no solution or recourse. Contact the city of Fort Collins parking services and explain your problem... that you tried to pay, as in my case, and said payments failed, so you’d like to get the ticket dismissed. Oh but no! Things can’t be so simple in today’s day. You need to go to the City Attorney’s office with “evidence” of such a failure or pay the parking ticket. And there is no accountability or communication between the company who developed and maintains the app and the city. So my friend, you are f**ed when you get a ticket due to a total lack of competence on the part of the app developers and the city. Happy Parking with this first-rate, top of the line mobile inter webs application!

Doesn’t work for me at all

This app doesn’t work for me at all. My payment fails to verify, even after triple checking all of the info and even trying two different cards.
