Install Batmobile™ R/C Controller app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Batmobile on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Batmobile"
The search will reveal the Batmobile™ R/C Controller app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Batmobile is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Batmobile.
Now enjoy Batmobile on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Batmobile,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Batmobile" » then Click "Install".
- Batmobile™ R/C Controller will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Problems connecting

Thanks to who ever post the fact that you had to turn off your cellular data on you phone in order to connect to the APP control I was almost ready to return the car back to the store because I couldn’t connect. This should be part of the instructions when you are downloading the APP. Mattel should include this on the instructions fast so people are not struggling. other than that the car works great I like all the sounds effect.

We invested in this vehicle/toy as collectable. While Apple software changes so should the software that controls it as in this one. The camera no longer transmits or software no longer allows it. The car has been sitting with all working prior to being put away. So no damage has occurred since it last use. While resuming to play with it, presuming a software glitch occurred, since I had to do a reset to the WiFi software again I too have upgrade iPhone/software since. Yet this this app software version has remained the same. Please support your customers and ensure software still works with new iOS/hardware.

I just received this this app as a gift, and I was also having a problem pairing my phone with the vehicle. So tried resetting it to make it work, and it got me nowhere. I finally went into the app settings for this app and turned off cellular data off on my phone for this app and that fixed it. Worked like a charm after that with no issues. I hope this helps others that are also having the same problem with this that I initially had.

Thanks to someone who said that the cellular should be off when using this app. My phone was freeze when using the app. I almost decided to return it to Costco until I read those reviews here. The app worked very well after I turned off cellular data. Please do it if you have problem with the app.
