What is Flight Pass?
The Flight Pass app is designed to make booking flights using a prepaid package of one-way flight credits, known as Flight Pass, easier and more convenient. The app allows users to book flights, manage their bookings, and review their Flight Passes all in one place. The app also offers features such as syncing bookings made on the website, requesting upgrades, and completing payments for Flight Passes.
1. - Complete a booking in as little as 6 taps of your thumb, with the Flight Pass App’s friendly one-handed design.
2. - See all the details of your Flight Pass, including credit balance, and booking history.
3. - Tell us where you’re going, and the Flight Pass App will suggest which one of your passes to use.
4. - Have a Flight Pass paid over several instalments? Complete your payment directly from the ‘Your Flight Passes’ section.
5. - Have a Flight Pass eligible for extension? Extend your Flight Pass directly from the 'Your Flight Passes' section.
6. - Book on the website? All of your bookings, just as you’d expect, now appear in the Flight Pass app.
