What is Nordics? Nordics is an app designed to monitor the performance of athletes in the nordic hamstring exercise (NHE). The app measures the breakpoint angle achieved on the NHE, which is highly related to hamstring eccentric strength, and also measures the torque at that point. The app is designed to help coaches and trainers improve their hamstring prevention protocols and get the most out of their athletes.
