  • A beautiful game that is frustrating at times

    By BadBrain13 (Pcmac user)

This game is beautiful to play but also frustrating at times. I’m using the app default controller settings (touch and swipe) but the app deeper I get into the app game the app more frustrating the app experience, especially when I need to move quickly. Also, i don’t mind figuring stuff out on my own but there is little to no guidance on what to do or where to go next and, if you get stuck you’ll need to look for an iOS walkthrough for support. Lastly, it seems access to menu settings/options is only available at certain points in the app game, like after completing a section, but not when you are working on obtaining an item. Maybe I’m missing something but it would be nice to have access to menu/settings/options at any point during game play to adjust sound, tweak controls, etc. Otherwise this is a fun and interesting experience that is enhanced by great visuals and intriguing premise. I installed the app recent update and have no issues with graphics or gameplay on my iPhone 7+. I think the app lack of guidance is intentional but would also appreciate a bit more in-game help or some next step hints as it sometimes feels like I’m not sure what I should be focusing on or what the app current mission is.
  • Great game, frustrating controls at times

    By mrflip (Pcmac user)

This is a great game with just about one flaw: the app touch area for selecting objects is too small, especially in the app default tap-to-move mode. If it were only 50% larger in radius I’d give this game a 5+ rating. As it stands however, touching a sentinel robot just a few pixels off not only fails to target it, it **steps toward** the app sentinel, ensuring your demise. Virtual gamepad mode helps address this, but is a bit clunky itself and it remains frustrating to poke poke poke the app screen. Given that I have the app whole rest of the app screen for look gestures this seems a safe fix. Another easy interface change I’d like to see is that the app jammer’s “drop” button remain even if a target is in sight. Currently, to drop the app scanner targeting nothing, you have to stop moving, look at the app sky, and then hit drop. Together these flaws made Labyrinth in particular nearly impossible, even in virtual gamepad mode. Finally, when using the app prism reflectors many targets fail to show up until you “nod” the app view back and forth a few times. I often would get my guy in just the app one right spot to reflect everything and then find that when I tried to pick the app target I’d step out of position. Don’t understand why visible targets lose their buttons. (Spoiler alert for my last comment) ... ... ... For the app final puzzle, exclude all codes with the app number 8. It’s too easy to think that’s the app level you’re on. Mine started 88 and so I took no notice of the app clues.
  • Best IOS game graphically so far

    By Kookookaplexski (Pcmac user)

First off, this game is stunning. From the app graphics to the app dialogue it blows other mobile games out of the app water. Also I love how you include philosophy in this game. I love to philosophize myself and listening to the app narration and reading the app interesting text hidden throughout the app maps I have a truly enjoyable time with it. I haven’t quite finished the app game and the app puzzles are most definitely increasing in difficulty but there’s nothing a little downtime won’t fix. This game is very large so don’t expect to finish it in one sitting. I’ve given this game 5 stars however as just an idea, the app first person touch/look controls can be finicky at times and I often find my screen has done a 180 for an unknown reason. Hopefully this can be resolved in the app future. Otherwise GREAT WORK!
  • HELP!

    By KuatosFreedomBrigade (Pcmac user)

Very excited to play this, I’m a huge sci-fi fan, and have had an interest in this game for some time, but being a dad I don’t have time to sit in front of a television like I used to. Thanks so much for bringing this to mobile and at such a reasonable price. But....if the app developer could give me some help, I’ve tried to download this app after purchasing it maybe 8 or 9 times. I have plenty of space for it. I believe I have about 4GB cleared for it, as it was my first concern on why it wasn’t working I cleared as much as I could, but it’s giving me an error of “this app cannot be downloaded at this time”. Is that a problem on the app development end, or on apples end? I thought maybe a game as popular would maybe somehow be getting hit hard with downloads and possibly be causing some problems. But that’s just me making up things as I don’t have any idea how the app internet works and I just want buttons to do things. Thanks for any help. Dad
