Install Direct2HR app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Direct2HR on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Direct2HR"
The search will reveal the Direct2HR app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Direct2HR is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Direct2HR.
Now enjoy Direct2HR on PC.

Can’t even log in

I updated the app and tried to log in, it sent a authentication to the Microsoft Authenticator and then I approved the authentication. But the app just jumps back to the log in page and then I have to do it again(with the same result every time). However, if I login on my computer and then login on with this mobile app, it does not ask for authentication and I can use it as expected. I think you are using the same JS APP across all platforms and obviously it didn’t work well.
Long loading times

Just downloaded the app for work and it works alright but it is very slow when trying to load. I hope there is a way to fix this issue because I like the app otherwise.

Terrible App

Albertsons companies tech services keeps updating the app every other week. Every time it becomes more and more un-user friendly. Currently impossible to access any personal information other than name and phone. Time to do away with this department and use the money for something useful. Because this is a sick joke.
