Install HiSuite app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using HiSuite on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "HiSuite"
The search will reveal the HiSuite app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once HiSuite is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including HiSuite.
Now enjoy HiSuite on PC.

✔ Pros:

- The recent update has improved the app's connectivity with the P20 Pro.

- The app allows for transferring picture files from a Huawei Mate 10 Pro to a MacBook.

☹ Cons:

- The app has a regression issue where it quits after clicking "allow" on the phone.

- The app does not have a feature to make backups of contacts and other data like in Windows.

- The app has connectivity issues where it fails to establish a connection even after waiting for 30 minutes.

Recent update fixed connection problem

I installed this a few weeks ago to connect to my P20 Pro but it was not establishing a connection. After the recent update it all seems to be working well!
Failed to connect after clicking 'Allow" on phone

Just updated to the latest version. After starting, it gets to the point where "cancel|allow" buttons are shown in phone. When clicking "allow" on the phone, the app on Mac just quit. This is a regresion from previous version

I am using this app to try to transfer picture files from my Huawei Mate 10 Pro to my MacBook. After Connecting the USB cable, I have a message in this app: Connecting… I have wait already 30 min, and the message still says connecting, but no connection was made. Please can you help.
