I had an order placed and when my laundry was returned I was missing a down blanket. It has been more than two months and there still has been no resolution. I’m furious. Not only was I charged for them cleaning my blanket, but I now have lost a 30BD down blanket and they take no responsibility or accountability for the loss or for the poor service of the companies they use. I will NEVER use this service again, and I have told all of my friends to whom I recommended the app to delete it. Unbelievable. UPDATE: After seeing my review, I was finally contacted by the company (two months later, mind you) to follow up on my missing blanket. I was offered a cash reimbursement and a 10BD in-app credit. Three weeks later, still no cash refund so I’m still out of a blanket. I swore to never use this service again, but I decided to use up the 10BD credit to knock out some jackets and big blankets since it’s essentially free dry cleaning. I kid you not, this time they LOST MY DUVET COVER. I swear, I cannot believe the incompetence and lack of care for customers’ items. Unreal. Even their FREE service isn’t worth the headache. Just save yourself the drama and don’t bother unless you’re sending off items you won’t miss in the event they aren’t returned. Just find a launderer you like and arrange services with them directly. Trust me.

*update* The app runs perfectly. It does everything it says. Now I am happy :)

Used them for the first time two days ago. Clothes not delivered on time as promised. It’s now two days and counting. Customer service is intelligible and frustrating to deal with and they keep extending delivery date and time with varying excuses. If you need your clothes by a definitive date and time, don’t use this unreliable service. Instead, drop the clothes off at the laundromat yourself or use the laundromat’s delivery service.

First time order. All the items not delivered together and second batch arrived after 1 week. No support from this app as they had new clue themselves. Third order placed on 16th. Followed up with a call on 17th and promised a pick up. No one showed up till today and app support team again clueless Why do you list laundries if you can not manage them. If I am supposed to manage by following up 3 times for 1 order, what is the service support team doing?? Stay away. You are better off dealing directly with laundry if price is not the only criteria (you get marginally lower prices through the app versus direct)
