Install HomeScout app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using HomeScout on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "HomeScout"
The search will reveal the HomeScout app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once HomeScout is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including HomeScout.
Now enjoy HomeScout on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native HomeScout Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use HomeScout,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "HomeScout" » then Click "Install".
- HomeScout will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Had some glitches

A better option compared to a marketing app like Zillow, but this has some glitches that drive me crazy. The most prominent one is that when I view the details of a listing on my iPad, I can’t get back out of that window without closing and restarting the app. There’s no obvious way to go back to the search results.
Zillow’s worst nightmare is Home Scout

If people only knew how much data is missing on Zillow. I used to be a huge Zillow guy until I found out it it only contained 68% of the active inventory in one of my searches. And many of the homes I saw on Zillow were actually sold already. Great job making an app that has every listing, everywhere.

I’m trying to create account and it’s asking for VIP CODE. Am I missing something? Where is this code?

The app used to work fine now it says my password is invalid even though it was still the same. When I go to reset it, it just puts me through the “reset your password” process then continues to say invalid password. I’ve checked the App Store for updates, none. I’ve re-downloaded the app and even tried logging in on safari and it still won’t seem to work.
