Install Pulmonary app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Pulmonary"
The search will reveal the Pulmonary app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Pulmonary is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Pulmonary.
Now enjoy Pulmonary on PC.

Stupid interface.

This game has potential but I couldn’t really say since I can’t figure out how to play it. I get to the first screen and can’t do anything. Might be a bug but it looks nothing like the demo and there are no tutorials or instructions. Don’t spend any money on this. I got it free, which is about all it is worth.
