App some poopy-PLEASE FIX
By IMApandagamer (Pcmac user)
The bulb is great. I really like it, just like a lot of people would agree. The app though, is horrible. The basic functions are OK, but there is no support for anything that isn’t related to your company. The app can’t connect to an Alexa, Google, or Apple HomePod; when that’s what I mainly wanted to use it for. The people that worked on the bulb did great, but the people that are over here working on the app need a little push in the right direction, as they aren’t really updating the app a lot, even with all the complaints, and they aren’t listening to anybody. If you do somehow listen to me, I’ll give you a few tips: allow connectivity to speech activated home machines (Alexa, HomePod, etc.), allow connectivity of other bulbs, and just listen to everybody else!

Disappointing—App Constantly Crashes
By composeyourself (Pcmac user)
I bought the light bulbs on a whim and decided to try one first to see how I like it. Unfortunately, these bulbs are useless for their intended purpose because the app crashes constantly.
The bulb I tested is in my daughter’s room. I was hoping to be able to turn her lights off and on from my bed since I’m 8 months pregnant and tired. This is impossible to do.
If the app worked, these bulbs would be amazing. The colors are bright and it’s a lot of fun when the app works. But it’s only worked for us once. I’ll be returning the remaining bulbs.

Why haven’t y’all fixed this app?
By shittyfartypoopy (Pcmac user)
After this last update, I appreciate the interface being more responsive and the timer having longer durations. However, the app has started crashing seconds after opening. It is totally unusable. Such a disappointment.
Edit: it’s been a week. Please fix this already.
Edit again: it’s been a month and the app still crashes before it can even connect to my bulbs. Seriously, y’all, please fix this. I used to use these lights everyday and now they’re just taking up space.

Unusable due to app crashing
By Good But Needs Some Fixes (Pcmac user)
The first day of using this was good. The second day the app keeps on crashing when I try to turn the light on. I just wasted $10 on a broken item
Suggestion: I feel like you should add a feature where you could select what time you want the light to turn on and off. Rather than, it only having a timer. Thanks for reading!
