1. Be active and make it count! The Your Fitness app is a companion app and is required to successfully activate your North Activity Tracker.
2. When it’s time to move, the North Activity Tracker will vibrate to remind you to get moving.
3. · Receive incoming call or text message alerts on your North Activity Tracker.
4. Note: You must wear the Activity Tracker to bed to track your sleep.
5. Use the Your Fitness app to track your distance; daily, weekly and monthly steps; and estimated calories burned.
6. · Track sleep patterns by monitoring the time you spend in a light or deep sleep.
7. · Set alarms and reminders throughout the day to stay active.
8. Review how often you wake up each night.
