Over charging even after deleting the app

This app is the worst thing I’ve ever encountered. After finding out the source of my deduction on my monthly bank statement, I found out it was due to this app. As soon as I found out it was charging me without my consent or knowledge I immediately deleted the app, hoping and thinking the deduction of $7.99 a week would end. Even after deleting this app, only was I made aware that they were still taking money out of my account because of lack of funds one week. There is no information on how to get ahold of the app or iTunes, therefore still charging my account. This is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded and regret it. Not only did I not enjoy the app while in use, but they still won’t stop charging my account. Someone please help or just STAY AWAY from my bank account. I have a child on the way and cannot afford this weekly charge for something I’m not even using.

I bought this app when it used to be a one time purchase, I don’t use it much so I was shocked to find out that if I don’t subscribe for a ridiculous subscription fee, I do not have access to the stickers (which are the main point of this app!) AND I don’t even get to save the images without a watermark! This is completely unacceptable as I have paid for this app and shouldn’t have to pay more because they decided to change to a weekly subscription fee! And to make things worst, I can’t even find a way to get in contact with them to discuss this! Also, 7.99 weekly is insane! Just because you have a cute app that appeals to moms doesn’t mean you exploit it!

The app is pretty good if you’re using it for free, but if you decide to do the free trial, be careful. I started the free trial and am thankful that I looked deeper... I believe the free trial had an expiration date of a couple days after it started and then they were going to start charging $7.99 per week after that. I unsubscribed on the spot as that is an unbelievable amount to pay for an app like this... Had I not realized they were charging me, I may have found myself short to pay bills that I actually need that money for. Again, I think it’s a pretty good app for free, but I don’t know anyone who would knowingly pay $32 per month for this app or really any app for that matter.

Very cute, mother appeal but horrible marketing technique. I’m not about to pay $32 a month when I have one child and one on the way. For those of you who can’t get rid of your subscription. Open your App Store, click on the 👤 icon in the upper right hand corner. Click your name at the very top. Your Apple ID should shown under you name. Scroll down to subscriptions. Select the app and hit Cancel Subscription. This will still allow you to access the app for the remainder of your free trial but once it’s over you’ll have to purchase the app.
