Install Artly app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Artly"
The search will reveal the Artly app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Artly is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Artly.

✔ Pros:

☹ Cons:

- The app has not been updated in a couple of years, indicating a lack of attention from the developers.

- The app only processes square photos, which limits its functionality.

- There are no sliders to control the effects, which limits the user's ability to customize their final product.

- The app crashes when attempting to load a picture from the user's file, indicating a technical issue that needs to be resolved.

Some really nice effects

8/30/19- This app could use some love. It hasn’t been updated in a couple years, it only processes square photos, and there are no sliders to control the effects. BUT on the plus side, the app still seems to work just fine, it has a ton of art filters, many of which are very pretty, there’s no ridiculous subscription fees to pay or watermarks to ruin your art, and you don’t need an internet connection once you’ve downloaded the filters.

I just downloaded this app. As I go to load a pic from my file the app crashes. Please fix this.
