Download and install the Toon Dream app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

All around best cartoon app

What makes this app such a great app is its combination of simple tools and powerful results. It's crazy easy to transform photos into cartoon images, assemble them into comic strips, and share. Each image is a panel in the comic. You can resize images into whatever shape or size needed to tell your story, which is awesome since many cartoon apps force you to fit the photos into predefined layouts. (Yuck!) The app doesn't have as many bells and whistles as some out there, but you can't beat the combo of simple features and stellar results. With a couple of quick selections (like adding word balloons), your comic book masterpiece is ready to go.

I’ve had this app about 2 years now, and for about a year now it keeps shutter down so I can’t access my saved books. There has been no updates to correct this nor any attention by the developer for over a year now. Please Fix it

I confess. I own just short of every cartoon/posterize effects app on the planet and every one of them produces underwhelming results, except this one...sort of. It does one thing stunningly well using the Classic HD setting only. Where all the others are way too heavy-handed with black, this app produces a nice light painterly effect with a nice, light, evenly-applied stroke. It is especially effective on photos with tons of detail. All the other apps consolidate the details into unrecognizable mush, with heavy black strokes. This app blends color well and strokes lightly so you get a well-defined but artistic result. So this one effect gets 5-stars. The rest of the effects are 1 or 2-star. The other settings produce an obnoxious halo-glowy rainbow thing that turns everything into ugly, at least for me it does. This app shows a lot of promise if the developer capitalizes on what he's done exceedingly well with the Classic effect. I look forward to future updates in this direction.

There looks like an option to do video but it’s disabled and the online help goes to a domain that has expired or no longer exists. The app is slow, too. It’s too bad because the actual cartoon filtering is pretty great.
