Software Features and Description

1. The Paychex Time Kiosk app enables Paychex Flex® Time clients to turn an iPad® into a working time clock for their employees to record their time and perform other self-service options.

2. Only administrators that are set up on the Paychex Flex Time, Paychex Flex Time Essentials, or stratustime products should download the Paychex Time Kiosk App.

3. Employers can grant employees access to enter pay adjustments, request time off, view their schedule, and view/approve their time card.

4. Clients can enable an optional image-capture setting during the time of a punch.

5. Employees can quickly punch in/out, punch for lunches and breaks, and perform job transfers, even when the device is in a location without an established cellular or Wi-Fi signal.

6. Users without the appropriate administrator credentials will be unable to access the app.

7. Please refer to your training materials for information on creating a new terminal and linking to the app.

Install Paychex Time Kiosk app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Paychex Time Kiosk on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Paychex Time Kiosk"
The search will reveal the Paychex Time Kiosk app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Paychex Time Kiosk is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Paychex Time Kiosk.
Now enjoy Paychex Time Kiosk on PC.
