Horrible company with stupid processes!

After installing you can’t log in! Your the app Flex login will NOT work with this app! You have to call customer service after installing the app, waste one to two hours of your life that you will never get back, get a random-generated ID with a long random string of numbers after your name, and then set a new password, and a passcode. Then you start over. I would delete and forget this nonsense now, but I am forced to have to use it. Having to call the app customer service is a sinking dread like no other. This is a horrible company with horrible, non-integrated products.

I almost didn’t bother with this app given the poor reviews but am very glad I gave it a shot. There are many complaints about login issues but READ the instructions! I followed them. I found my login info in the web portal and was in the app filing an FSA claim in less than 5 minutes. So much easier to take a pic of receipts and upload thru the app than scanning and uploading via a PC. This is going to be a big time saver. Nice job on this app!
Can't log in

I can't say whether this app is any good or not. I can't log in!! The rep on the phone gave me a temp login, then I changed it right away. I have never been able to log in since. Plus, when I try to contact support for this app, it apparently requires a different login from my other 2 the app logins (actually 3, because the app also has a separate login), so I can't even request help. What a waste of time. I don't think the app could be less customer-friendly if they actually tried.
Can only import with camera

So I go to import my receipt and all I can do is take a picture. I have a PDF of the receipt I made when I got the receipt and then I took a screen shot of that so it is on my camera roll. But I can't use either of those, I have to take a new photo. Of course I don't have the receipt because the charge doesn't hit the app until days after the service so I couldn't take a picture of the receipt right away if I wanted to. So here I am printing out the receipt so I can take a photo of it.
