Install Feiyu ON app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Feiyu ON on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Feiyu ON"
The search will reveal the Feiyu ON app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Feiyu ON is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Feiyu ON.
Now enjoy Feiyu ON on PC.

App updates are not a problem!

I have been using the app on iPhones and iPads since December 2017 with an A1000 gimbal and have not had any problems. I am running the latest iOS 11 updates along with latest app version and they work fine. FeiyuTech does a better job than most companies of keeping software up to date. Their gimbals are an incredible value compared to others. If you have a snag, their tech support is very responsive.
Update 1.54 - Don’t do it.

I received my gimbal yesterday. Everything was working perfectly. Stupidly, I decided to update to the newest firmware and afterword I found that I cannot connect at all to the app. All I get is, “connection failed!” Nothing more, just that error. I’ve tried everything, even manually down/upgrading to see if that would fix it. If it’s not updated to resolve, I’m going with the EVO because I’m still within my return window. Shame, it seems to be functioning ok other than that, but this app is terrible. More updates to address your customers is needed, the app, I hope you’re listening!

So I recently bought the gimbal but I am having trouble with this app I am not able to connect either go pro 5 or Sony a5100.. Bluetooth connected but the app couldn’t able to detect the camera..first time it does then I tried to connect Sony a5100 after that it’s not connecting,after the fumble is connect it stats to buffer and it never ends...and now I am not even change the camera or settings whole app is unresponsive...what should I do .. I am using this app on iPhone 7plus

This beautifully crafted gimbal is ruined by this god awefull software. I’ve been trying for 11 months to get this garbage to work. Using the SPGLive it connects one time and then won’t connect the next. It’s completely unreliable and has cost me the shot EVERY SINGLE TIME. PLEASE don’t waste your money on this company. Even the connection process is wildly over complicated and unreliable. I just can’t put into words my loathing at this company after spending hundreds of dollars and missing milestone events in my child’s life because of their incompetence.
