2. Take your device with you on your runs! Listen to your favorite music and get prompted over your headphones to run or walk.

3. - Apple Health Support! Sync your runs to the Health app and get a better view of your overall fitness.

4. As you complete runs your body will be strengthened and the program will slowly become more challenging.

5. Need to stop and tie your shoe? Pause the run! Or, press Back/Next to go to different intervals.

6. You will start with 1 minute jogging intervals in-between 1.5 minute walks.

7. Your entire run will be directed through your headphones or speakers.

8. Over the next 20 weeks your running will be steadily improved.

  • Good app but frustrating

    I live the idea of it but it doesn’t track my distance which is annoying since I paid for the upgrade. But the most frustrating part is your phone can’t be locked while the app is running. I tuck my phone in my sports bra when I run and the timer always stops.
  • App Closes

    The app keeps closing on me and not showing me my progress. Very frustrating!
  • Bugs ruin the app

    Most importantly- this app does not even prepare you for a the app marathon. The most it makes you run is 60 minutes. I really like the idea of this app and the first few times it worked great. However the bugs make it impossible to be used practically. The app will quit mid run without notifying you. You will be on your run and realize the app is not even working or tracking. Sometimes the timing is even off. I'd run for 10 minutes and it would tell me 3 minutes hadn't even passed. Too bad would've been a nice app.

    I really like the way the app chimes in to tell me when to run or walk while my music plays in the background. There seem to be a few bugs; on my first run I got to my cool down and pulled out the app to check my progress only to find the app closed (it was in my pocket, so it closed on its own) and didn't track my run. It would be nice to be able to manually add my runs if this happened again. Also, it would be helpful if the app gave you a choice between a run/walk plan or just building up to a running-only plan.
