    I really like this app when it works. I wish they would fix a few bugs on it. 1- sometimes it tells you you have five or ten minutes left, but it’s not consistent. 2- if you try to pause the app,the timer gets all screwed up and doesn’t work right 3- the timer gets glitchy often- not sure if it’s because WiFi gets dropped or picked up intermittently on my the app, but it’s been really frustrating because I like to finish the workouts. 4- if it were more consistent, i would give it more stars. I really like the interval training and I’m running way longer than I ever have- except when it messes up (because who wants to start over???!!!)

    I normally don’t do reviews but I really like this app, so I hope they’ll keep updating it and people will keep trying it out. It’s simple and I love how it can track your distance. It is a little hard to read the time and there are a couple glitches in the voice notifications, but on the whole it’s a super app. I’d recommend it to anyone... especially someone trying to get back into running shape!

    but the display is kind of small and the hourglass image isn't necessary. I suggest larger font and no excess imagery so you can focus on the number and be countdown as well as keeping your pace and rhythm. Also, it doesn't tell you what pace you should be trying to obtain in order to possibly reach race speed. I guess it's assumed you're working toward a 7 minute mile? I couldn't tell you since the app doesn't advise. It just says warmup, the app, walk, and cool down. It also seems to drain my battery reasonably quick

    I’m not new to running, but as a I get older and start to train for a half with a the app/walk method I am pleased with this app! I’m in my 3rd week and the app is easy and straight forward. For those new to distance running you MUST cross train which isn’t in the app. For me, I do yoga 5 days a week to keep my body limber and build strength, but do something to keep your spine and joints heathy.
