The Beltone HearMax™ app is a mobile application that allows users to control their hearing aids directly from their mobile devices. The app is compatible with several Beltone hearing aid models and offers a range of features, including sound adjustments, program changes, and the ability to locate lost hearing aids. The app also provides access to Beltone Remote Care, which allows users to receive help with their hearing aid settings and software updates from their hearing care professional.

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

I am basically satisfied with the app and it’s functions. Thank you. I have a small problem from the last update though: I have a notification icon showing on the app that won’t go away . I opened the notification when it first showed up and did the upgrade as requested which should have made the notification icon go away but it’s still there.

Whatever you did with the most recent update, it kicked my right hearing aid off the app. Everything was great until I did the update.

❌Update❌ Thank you to developer for your help on resolving this issue! I have been trying to remove this app completely from iPhone it takes over Bluetooth when ever I’m close to the hearing aids even though I’ve deleted app
Remote support setup not working

I have reloaded this app 5 times to setup remote support and it keeps hanging up after the 2nd page is accepted. I have to restart this iPhone 8 each time and then the app tells me that remote support is unavailable. The app then shows a number 1 to indicate that remote setup is unfinished. This is extremely annoying.
