1. With the Phone Clip+, Navigator lets you use your mobile device for easy overview and remote control of your Costco-supplied wireless hearing aids and wireless accessories.

2. Adjust volume level and change programs on your wireless hearing aids.

3. Other required devices: Costco-supplied wireless-enabled hearing aids.

4. Use the dedicated link screen to overview connections between the app and your hearing aids.

5. The Phone Clip+ supplied by Costco Hearing Aid Center is REQUIRED to use this app.

6. Adjust volume level on your wireless accessories.

7. Edit and personalize program names.

The search will reveal the Kirkland Signature Navigator app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Kirkland Signature Navigator is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Kirkland Signature Navigator.

To use Kirkland Signature Navigator,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Kirkland Signature Navigator" » then Click "Install".
- Kirkland Signature Navigator will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I longer works

I have the app hearing aids and this app was fine until the most recent “upgrade”. Now it won’t recognize my hearing aids even though they are paired with my iPhone and the phone itself allows me to select the program and volume level. But I cannot get into the level of detail that the app would provide.
Bluetooth connection issue

If you buy the app Hearing Aids from Costco and you have an Apple IPhone, theres no need to buy a control device. Your IPhone becomes a control device for the the app Hearing Aids and it works flawlessly controlling the volume without the need for any other device. Because I almost always have my IPhone with me, I always have the means to control my hearing aids. I love it...
