3. Beltone SmartRemote is the hearing care industry’s first fully integrated remote control app for wireless hearing aids and accessories.

4. Other required devices: Beltone wireless-enabled hearing aids.

5. Adjust volume level and change programs of your wireless-enabled hearing aids.

6. Use the dedicated link screen to monitor the connection status between the app and your hearing aids.

7. Beltone Direct™ Phone Link 2 (released Dec 2012) is REQUIRED to use this app.

8. Edit and personalize program names.

Install Beltone SmartRemote app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Beltone SmartRemote on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Beltone SmartRemote"
The search will reveal the Beltone SmartRemote app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Beltone SmartRemote is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Beltone SmartRemote.
Now enjoy Beltone SmartRemote on PC.

I may be able to wright a good review if there was instruction online I could download. The instruction that come with the device are so small I can only read it with difficulty. What the app has on their site look to be 'sales' hype. I have contacted the app online support had not heard from then, 5 hours.
app problem

I have the app true 17 hearing aids. I just purchased the direct phone link 2. Problem is, microphone control doesn't show up in the app. No streamers showing. Also, waiting to hear from the app online support.
