What is Miafulness?
Miafulness is an augmented reality application that allows you to explore extra content from Mia Övén's books. By pointing your smartphone or tablet's camera at the book cover and symbols on the pages, you can access the author's guidance on various meditations. The app is free and requires an internet connection.
1. No ecrã inicial, toque no botão ENTRAR e aponte para a capa do livro e em seguida aponte para o símbolo, para aceder ao áudio de exemplo.
2. A opção "GUARDAR PÁGINA EXEMPLO" guardará no seu dispositivo duas imagens: a capa de um livro e um símbolo, que poderá imprimir ou abrir em outro ecrã.
3. Miafulness é uma aplicação de realidade aumentada que lhe permite explorar o conteúdo extra dos livros de Mia Övén.
4. Abra a aplicação e toque no botão AJUDA para ler as instruções.
5. Recorrendo a técnicas de Mindfulness e Heartfulness, Mia Övén inaugura um método pessoal: o Miafulness.
6. Conheça os livros da autora e prepare-se para ter uma vida mais feliz e relaxada.
