My app doesn’t even login over half the time. It just does the spinning loading icon and then nothing happens. I miss calls and I’m not able to use the real time videos feature since I am unable to even login in. It takes a good 5-10 seconds to reconnect to my WiFi so by the time it does, sometimes the person who rang the doorbell, isn’t in view to be recorded for the 10 seconds. I have reset my phone, the device, and app, and nothing has helped. Tried emailing them yesterday so helpfully someone will get back to me soon.

I got the door bell about a year and half ago, it worked good in the beginning, but for the past 6-8 months I’m having trouble signing in and when I finally am able to sign in door bell keeps ringing on its own every 5 minutes all day long, it’s very annoying, there is no way I can stop that. I don’t think this app its being updated either maybe if it was it would fix some of the issues. I wouldn’t recommend this.

This app used to work some times, now I’m unable to even log in. I don’t know what happened but I’m not happy with it at all. Fix the bugs and get this working please.
Poor Quality

Just purchased and received my product. It took me about 40 mins to install and still doesn’t work properly. Here are a few problems: 1) It takes about 15-20 mins just deleting and downloading app (4 times) because it would not connect properly 2) When and if installed, there is a long delay when talking to visitor. 3) Video of person freezes and cannot see live feed. 4) Does not give you notifications Unfortunately this is not a good dependable product. It needs a lot of improvements. But like they say: You get what you pay for. I will try to get a refund but won’t hold my breath..
