Install Mi-Cam app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Mi-Cam on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Mi-Cam"
- The search will reveal the Mi-Cam app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Mi-Cam is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Mi-Cam.
- Now enjoy Mi-Cam on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Mi-Cam Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Mi-Cam,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Mi-Cam" » then Click "Install".
- Mi-Cam will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

So bad

Unfortunately I received this camera as a gift to watch my baby once I returned to work from maternity leave. When opening the app, it takes 10+ minutes for it to load and start the camera..it would probably take longer but I usually close it out. If I can get the camera to start, the picture freezes. This is a huge liability for the company. What if someone got the camera to watch for people breaking into their home and couldn't get into the app? What if someone was trying to find out if the nanny was hurting their baby and the app froze? Don't waste your money or risk the safety of your family.

It is clear the app was developed by someone who doesn't speak English, and that is fine. Creates additional confusion but it's manageable.
This camera does not work! It will work somewhat decent for a few weeks, but since we first set it up we cannot add additional devices to view the camera. Company never responds with any help whatsoever. The camera announces when someone is watching and it's scary when it announces it. Have noticed that someone else has been watching our camera when we are not the ones using it. Kind of terrifying knowing that someone somewhere is watching us in our home. Will be returning ASAP

I don’t know why this app has not been updated or fixed since the last time I used it, but I recently moved and have started trying to set it up. The app had no updates, so I had to delete and reinstall. Still does not allow me to log in, nor will it allow me to reset password. I submit my information, get the “processing” icon briefly, and then nothing else happens. What is the point of this purchase if I cannot any longer use it as intended? The merchant should offer refunds if they are not going to maintain the other half of the product. Absolutely ridiculous.

App software written with bad english and doesn't allow login credentials despite them having worked for over a month. They simply wash you from their network after a month of functionality, so it appears you are to blame
China. The land that poisoned babies for profit brings us this fetid copy of the (nest brand design much more expensive). I am the moron here. Should have never bought it We patronize the cheaper products they flood our USA market with, I was so enraged at this pos I took hammer and smashed it. built by slaves and gets a zero for functionality.
