Not Too Bad

This is the only text the app translated I’ve been able to find. I keep getting the the app not sent error but a work around is to copy the translated the app then paste it and re-send. It’s an extra step but it works. The app translates well so it makes it worthwhile.
It doesn't work

I want my money back. It's just a fraud. No the app send. I Paid for this app but cannot restore my purchase and it still keep asking for payment. Lost 1.99$ for nothing!

Have no idea how to use this as there is no docs on how to set this up. Does not show up as anything other than an iMessage add on. How are you supposed to change languages ?
