Using CubaMessenger on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CubaMessenger"
The search will reveal the CubaMessenger app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CubaMessenger is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CubaMessenger.
Now enjoy CubaMessenger on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use CubaMessenger,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "CubaMessenger" » then Click "Install".
- CubaMessenger will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Works most of the time

This app is about as reliable as most things in Cuba. Most of the time it works, but maybe it won’t for several days or weeks... like NOW. There is no option for help or customer service, just a list of common help options. Also, watch for extra charges to your account, which has happened to me several times.
It’s mediocre!

It’s an app that works when it wants to. It’s frustrating to use because 1/2 of the time the messages don’t go through. When they do go through they go in whatever order it feels like it. I can’t be certain if this has to do with Cuban communication issues or what... but my fiancé and I call it 💩 messenger. I suppose it’s better than no communication.

Very reliable app. This app just works! I can send pictures to my family, and they can send to me as well at Any time with Reasonable rates. I think this app offers a lot more than others apps out there. It’s a very nice app.
Wish it was better

Can’t wait for the day when we can communicate with Cuba without the hassle of WiFi, expensive minutes and this app. But it’s as good as it gets right now.
