Install LightShow®SmartLights app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using LightShow on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "LightShow"
- The search will reveal the LightShow®SmartLights app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once LightShow is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including LightShow.
- Now enjoy LightShow on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native LightShow Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use LightShow,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "LightShow" » then Click "Install".
- LightShow®SmartLights will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Great lights horrible app

I have looked at these lights for years and finally purchased some this year. I had trouble with connectivity inside. Could not get Bluetooth to connect inside! Got Wifi to work but poorly. Against my better judgement I put then on the house and found the length of the lights is misleading, mine measured to only about 38 feet (not the43 feet claimed on the package). Bluetooth would not work outside and WiFi only worked from a foot or so away, sometimes. I spent most of my time watching the thing try to connect and fail. Why do they not fix the app? After this, I wonder how the app ever got rated more than 1 Star.

Purchased lights from QVC, downloaded the app, and we’ve been having so much fun with these lights! Easy to change colors, themes, and effects, as well as turn on and off from my phone. Highly recommend!!

A little disappointed

FAQ says we can change the colors in the groups. APP doesn’t support it. I called customer support. They were aware of the misleading information. I am returning the product. Sad the controller is awesome and all the hardware is there just not the app to control the controller.

If you can get them to Bluetooth to your device... it might work I have been trying for days to get the icon to light up so I can control the functions... Bluetooth says it’s connected on my phone but it will not show up for me to choose it to control... worst most time wasting product to date extreme disappointment
