Second app second camera

So I bought a second camera and it's telling me to download a different app different from my first one I bought months ago. The first app I downloaded was called this app and the second one is called Neye3c. Why do I have to download two different apps for the same camera? I stuck to just using one which is the this app and it synced both my cameras in one app so I'm a little confused. Also, the this app app has a software/camera update and everytime I try to update the software or camera, it'll say initializing and just stay at 0% for hours and won't go anywhere. Software and camera still works but if there's an update I would like to update the software.

For some weird reason every so often at least once a day the cameras say device off line and it takes about a min to reboot or get back on line

Keeps logging me out while I’m currently on the app. How can I stay logged in, there needs to be a remember me setting so I do t have to type all my login info in everytime. Other then that works great
