Install Neye3C app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Neye3C on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Neye3C"
- The search will reveal the Neye3C app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Neye3C is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Neye3C.
- Now enjoy Neye3C on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Neye3C,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Neye3C" » then Click "Install".
- Neye3C will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Purchase and installed yesterday. Will not obtain WiFi setting if using 5G network. Alarm constantly going off and will surely wake up a baby. Can get into string to change them or disable the alarm. Only thing I could do was set up time by syncing from my phone. So many little issues but the camera quality is great.

Password

It keeps asking me to update the default password for our safety. We put a unique password in already when we set it up. But the error dialogue box keeps popping up. I tried to change it again and it won’t let me. Now I can’t speak through the camera or use any of the functions outside of just seeing the live feed behind the error box. Please fix this!

Horrible First Impression

I just installed the app and device, and the app is horrible. I went through the process setting it all up and now it’s telling me I have to modify device default password. What does that even mean? Even when I went to change the password it won’t let me! I hadn’t even used the app and just installed it and it’s not taking a brand new account. I need this fixed ASAP.

Can’t use after update

I put my 6 week old in her crib last night, and couldn’t open the camera due to being asked to update my password. I tried to put in a new password for an hour but kept getting password update failed. I had to sleep in the babies room, and now I have to go buy an actual video baby monitor today. Super frustrated
