Game not workinf

I'm crying and here is why I'm crying right now:
So I just had my iPhone updated since iOS needed to be updated I updated my iPhone and these three games which are the app BTS, the app SM, and the app JYP will not work now but the wierd thing is after my update these three games were gone so I re downloaded them and am trying to get back in and nothing is working I'm crying a lot right now I love these games a lot and I normally play in the afternoon but after the iOS update and me re downloading the games and tried going back into them it will not work. I worked so hard on these games and had a lot of cards too. But now I can't even get into the game to play it and I saw other people were having problems but idk what they did because I saw it in the comments of the app store. Can someone please help me please I really want to play them again. I don't think I'm still signed in after they were mysteriously deleted after I updated my iPhone and I think maybe I also lost everything in them too 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

PAUSING and Ads

You guys really need to work on the pausing issues. If you have an iPhone without a home button the constant swipe pausing kills the experience. The score line being at the bottom, right by the swipe up line causes me to accidentally pause and constantly mess up my songs. I can’t play the hard songs because of this and I can’t be the only one that has this problem...I also have large, man fingers, because I’m a guy, which makes it even harder. The tips of my fingers don’t press in the same area as a girls small fingers, so having a larger scoring line that was higher up would help. Honestly it feels like this is on purpose to con you into having to buy more headphone. Pretty dirty if you ask me. And how you HAVE to watch ads as part of the game scoring is also dirty. Is JYP really charging that much in licensing that you have to do that? I would rather pay $10 flat for the game and not have that. Forced ads are horrible as well.

There is a bug

This is really an amazing game. I play it all the time but I started to notice how the notes registered as a miss when I hit them. When I saw the other reviews about it I thought nothing of it until it started happening to me. I reset my timing 3 times and it’s still saying that I missed them. I’ve also noticed that the only time it says I miss them when I don’t is when I’m getting a really high score and with the bonus it would usually have been about 1,000,000 more than usual. Then it says I miss them and I don’t get the high score that I was waiting for. Other than this everything else in the game is working and the game is really fun.

Why are the levels of difficulty so outrageous?

This is a great game and so are the other Super Star games, but what I’ve noticed is in each of them the easy mode is ridiculously easy, then the normal mode is a bit harder than it should be (compared to how easy the easy mode is), and the hard modes are ridiculous. It’s the same way with hard mode. Hard mode is also much too difficult compared to the level of difficulty of normal mode. I still enjoy playing these games but I would like to be able to play them without throwing my phone out of a window because of how the level of difficulty fluctuates.
