Install LivePapers - Live Wallpapers app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using LivePapers on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "LivePapers"
The search will reveal the LivePapers - Live Wallpapers app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once LivePapers is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including LivePapers.
Now enjoy LivePapers on PC.

The developers have continuously outdone themselves with each update since this app's inception! Thank you! It's amazing! It's a shame that there are so many negative reviews from those who didn't read that this app was designed specifically for phones with 3D Touch - specifically the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus.
Just doesn't work

I really tried to get this app to work, I updated my phone for it, and even paid the 1.99 which is fairly expensive for an app (especially one the doesn't work) I have an iPhone 6 and Assumed that as the description said it is compatible with 6's that it would work.... I removed my passcode, tried different pictures, and just simply tried many times to get this to work, it is a very cool idea but it just does not work.

Make sure you read the description of apps before you spend your money. This supports the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus only. Works great! No crashes here, and this is by far my favorite 3rd party implementation of Live Wallpapers.
