Download and install the Boingo TV app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing Boingo TV:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Boingo TV" » Click "Install" to install Boingo TV

No issues at Fort Drum

I chose to download the app despite the negative reviews. I have personally not had any issues. The app could definitely use some refinement from a user interface perspective it is by no means easy on the eyes. Almost looks slapped together. Also an update for iPhone XS Max would be nice. But as far as functionality goes this app has been fine.
Room for improvement

I can log on perfectly fine with no problems at all. Service is great and no crashes at all. My biggest gripe about this app (pretty big since it’s meant to watch a movie, show, etc.) is the app does not go full screen. It stays on the lower left hand corner of my phone. Swiped every which direction, made sure my rotation lock mode was not on and I still get nothing. Like I said, service is fast and reliable on this app, but seems like this app was rushed and poorly set up.
WORST INTERNET PROVIDER

Literally the worst internet provider I’ve ever seen. Spent over 30 minutes changing my password because the app or the actual website would say something about it not being connected to my service. All of my items were added on and still couldn’t connect. If you’re going to provide the military with internet and call it high speed, atleast make it worth the money we spend on it. Over priced as hell, and slow as all will get out.
TERRIBLE!!

This app doesn’t work and when you contact support they make you answer a bunch of questions just to tell you they have to escalate the problem to tier 2 support. By the way that person has to call you so you now have to give them a time, phone number, and email so they can contact you. What a joke!
