Install SmartBridge app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using SmartBridge on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SmartBridge"
The search will reveal the SmartBridge app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SmartBridge is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SmartBridge.
Now enjoy SmartBridge on PC.

Doesn’t work — support site is non existent

The menu box where you enter the Device ID is grayed out and not available. The support link takes you the FirstAlert main page and there is no software support page at all that I can find therein.
