Ads not working

I’d give it 5 stars but for the past day, every time I try to watch an ad for the devil deal, it drops me from the game and I don’t get the boost after watching the full ad. I can’t find support anywhere in the options either except the external network sites I don’t use. Obviously, they don’t read these. This issue has gotten worse. I like helping them by watching ads constantly, but when it kicks me almost every time, it’s pointless and quite annoying to have to reload every deal and still not get it after watching the full ad. I’m going to keep removing stars until I get a response or it gets fixed.
Stops playing after updates

This is a great game, but it’s unplayable for several days after every update. For the past week it’s said to update to the newest version even though I’m on the newest version. Once the app works again I’ll give it a 5 star, but the amount of time that this app becomes unplayable after each update is frustrating.

I was starting to get really bored by these idle type games but there is something satisfying about chasing burning screaming people with their heads on fire and getting a couple extra bucks out of them. And the sound effects help too.
One major issue

After a few weeks of gaming on this app the ads changed and often kick me out without giving me the boost and often destroys my 4 hour boosts making some crafting take an obscene amount of time. No problems with the hell building though, I mean a boost was dropped, but the game gave me the boost after i came back in. Oh also the ads which say Get Devil Deal almost always work. I am now quitting until you guys get this fix as it has gotten worse
