Install iReg for iWatch app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using iReg on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iReg"
The search will reveal the iReg for iWatch app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iReg is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iReg.
Now enjoy iReg on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use iReg,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "iReg" » then Click "Install".
- iReg for iWatch will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Never want to be without it! Suggested fix to IPhone 11

After pairing my iPhone 11 with my Apple Watch 4, I noticed when I went to the phone that it showed two watches. I then selected “forget this watch” to the old version. That allowed this app to now show as a complication. I then selected the watch face and put this app where I wanted it, but it would not show on the watch face in the iPhone. I then selected that watch face to the watch and it showed up where I wanted it to be. The only place it did not show was on the watch face in setup, it was just a blank spot. Works great!
Great but needs a few improvements

Perfect app on the watch. On the smartphone, needs sorting function. As recordings pile up, the recording list becomes a mess and the app does not sort them by any criteria, not even by date. They are just scrambled in no logical order, making it very difficult to locate the one you need.

I found out about this through the App Advice article. At first it didn't work like the person before me wrote in his review, but then I sent a Facebook message to the developer and he responded promptly. You have to turn off and on both your phone and watch. Once you do this it works just fine. I just tried it during an interview and the sound was great. Would definitely recommend. Although the developer does not speak English, he will promptly respond using an internet translator. The only issue I'm having so far is deleting the saved audio from the app. Everytime I do this, the deleted recording returns after you re-open the app. I will send a message to the developer after the holiday to find a solution to this, otherwise great app so far.
