  • Better than other’s I’ve tried...

    By HenelNibue (Pcmac user)

I am doing this to get the free upgrade. That said...So far this is the app I like the best of the ones I have tried. Some I have even paid for. Love the outline/map view. Extremely helpful. I also like the character cards, however The cards could use a little more polishing and be more user friendly and the app does suffer some glitches in general. I have had to quit it and relaunch so I can see additions or changes some times. Which is why I gave it 3 and not 4 stars. I hope newer updates will fix the glitches and improve what is already a very decent and promising product. If I may suggest future enhancements...find a way to work in the Apple Pencil. I prefer to use an external keyboard for typing and I don’t always have that with me so...Highlighting and circling and such would be nice additions to mark up sections you may want to come back to later or jot down some quick notes.
  • Is this a joke?

    By Guitar Popcorn (Pcmac user)

I enter the app and I had this odd white box pop up. 2 minutes later, when it was STILL white, I clicked on the x. Then it had me on this screen that had 4 real books when suddenly, there was a flash, and the books disappeared leaving behind something that said I have ‘maked’ no books. It literally said that. I tried to get to where I make a book, and it said to sign up. I put my email and password in, but the same flash happened and it told me to enter my Facebook account and sign up through Facebook. I had already put my password in for signing up with email. Then, I pressed to go back and not make an account through Facebook. Then, I find myself on the screen with my email and password again. The information was already entered. When I finally got through that process, I went to make a book again. I entered the basic information about the book and pressed the button to make the book. Nothing happened. That is when I decided I was done with this piece of trash some morons made to be funny. By the way, I’m not amused.
  • I have to say, this is just what I needed.

    By mattumanu (Pcmac user)

In the past I’ve struggled to organize my work flow, but it always wound up being a mess. Notes are one app, outlines in another, drafts in another app... It’s a quagmire. Then comes this app. Notes? They go in this one app. Outlines? Again, taken care of in this one app. Need to work on a draft based on your ideas and outlines? It’s all organized so you can jump from one work flow to another. It goes like this. You have a design workflow. In that workflow, you build the plot in a tree system. But wait! That tree system is connected directly to the word processor, where you can work on a chapter, or a section of a chapter, make quick changes if need be, and even add ideas to each section or chapter as you need. There’s also a character design set up as well, where you can flesh out the characters in a close at hand workflow that can even flow back into the design tree for plot! It’s an awesome app people. If you’re a writer and doing your work is often unwieldy, give this try. At free with a subscription upgrade, you can’t lose. All the important functions are free from the get go, but the upgrade gets you the full functioning app. Do it now.
  • Wonderful idea.. not quite to potential

    By Ivy Rae (Pcmac user)

As the title suggests, I love the idea for this app. It’s great. But it’s just really glitchy, and too difficult to manage sometimes. I wish I could give it those 2 other stars, but it’s so glitchy! Apart from the glitches, I like all the ideas and features. Again, I only wish they were more manageable. I’d love to use this app more often as soon as all the glitches, slowness, freezing is fixed. ❤️❤️ Finally, I just want to thank the developers and all who worked on this app. It’s a great idea, great app and you guys did amazing 💚💚
