Install Write - Notes & Writing app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Write on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Write"
The search will reveal the Write - Notes & Writing app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Write is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Write.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Write,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Write" » then Click "Install".
- Write - Notes & Writing will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Can't Access Trash Can

Whenever I try to move a document to the trash or even access the trash can, the app crashes. This is bad as there a few files I want to recover from the trash. Plz fix!!!!
Developer no longer supports app

After 6 years of use the App crashes constantly. Have tried reaching out to the developer repeatedly and get no response. Deleting app, deletes all data. Also discovered that even though I had set app to sync with Dropbox it no longer was actively syncing. Lost many files and data. The Lite version is unusable as ads continuously take over the screen and are timed so you cannot “X” out until the timer expires.

i was genuinely surprised to see that this app had such a low rating. it's totally worth the money imo. i love how you can change the font & theme of it and add a passcode. one thing i think would be awesome to add is being able to add pictures! i also think it would be nice to be able to set your theme to a default. for example i use the font helvetica and a black background, so if i could change that to a default and have all of my files open like that, it'd be even better.

I un installed and re installed hoping to solve the trash problem. Now ALL OF MY DATA IS GONE. I’ve had this app for 7 YEARS. I need my writing back. PLEASE DON’T IGNORE THIS. I REALLY NEED IT BACK IM FREAKING OUT PLEASE HELP ME. All my folders are there but now they are all empty.
