I never received a link for access after purchasing that app for my iPhone 7. I have e-mailed support twice already with my Apple ID and no one has yet to e-Mail me yet. I am anxious to get the app working. Please help, I would really like a response from the app! Until now I give the app 1 Star because tech support is not responding to my e-mails to correct the problem yet. I am going to call APPLE chat and see what I get from them. I have purchased so many apps and have spent so much money on apps it’s not even funny. But not to get a response from the company just is not fair to the end user. Until then I remain in solitude.... 😢😥😭
Let Record in the background

I am going to talk about the Apple TV app, It’s a great app but the recording feature is still kind of useless for me because you need to have the player on screen to record what’s the point if I basically want to watch something else on another app while the app record I cannot do it, I paid 5 USD to record in the background and is basically useless. If you don’t want to record in the background then the app is absolutely perfect for you. So please try as hard as you can to allow record in the background and if you can a scheduler record or how much time you want record. Thanks

TvOS Versión: Great app, easy to use, I see improvements in the app since I purchased so developers keep working on this project, I would like to see better improvements on the recording feature, is really ugly I’m sure it can be done better, and the search feature. iOS version: not use this one too much, but always see glitches with volumen and brightens when I touch the screen, other than that works fine with my playlists.

I must be totally honest , this app is great it’s well put together and I love it especially with the record BUT you need to have the record in the background it is pretty pointless recording a programme and still having to watch it at the same time . Come on people let’s have the record in the background please .
