When you open the app for the first time, you can either select "have a card" or "need a card". Most people with 1 star reviews have said they used the "have a card" and that's where it's broken. I got free guacamole easily by creating a card and account. Try doing that even if it costs you a few points.
No back button

The interface is okay for working your way down through the menus but there is no Back button to work your way back upwards. Makes it impossible to view food choices and not choose it and go back to view the other options. Pretty much hopeless for composing an order to go having a few items. Who builds a unidirectional app with hierarchical menus with no way to move back up? It's taken me longer to discover the flaws and give up than if I had called them, ordered and driven to the place to pick it up.
App not working properly

The “more” button does not work, just keeps loading and just hangs, so you can’t get any info on how to earn rewards, etc. Also just tried to use the app for reservations and also see menu, none worked! I just clicked on “app support” here in the App Store, and a whole different and semi-usable the app Julio’s app came up. Didn’t work completely either, but looked different than my app, and I see no way to update my app. Wish they’d fix this app!!!
Problems

I got a card at the restaurant. Installed this App to register. It asked me if I had a card, then asked for the #. I added the number & hit Submit (the only option). There was nothing after that. No way to enter personal data. I tried going to the webpage to enter my info, but it blocks me saying "this card is already registered--data does not match". So, I have an unusable card and App & no way to enter my user name or email. Fail.
