Klicke auf SHREDDYAnwendungs symbol. Ein Fenster von SHREDDY im Play Store oder im App Store wird geöffnet und der Store wird in Ihrer Emulatoranwendung angezeigt. Drücken Sie nun die Schaltfläche Installieren und wie auf einem iPhone oder Android-Gerät wird Ihre Anwendung heruntergeladen. Jetzt sind wir alle fertig.

10/10 would recommend

i truly, truly looove this app and the programs it offers soo much!! It really helped me getting back into the gym, being motivation and getting a lot closer to my goals, mentally and physically. It‘s easy to follow, the meals are healthy and fancy but not expensive and you really get to see the progress you‘re making through the weight tracker in the exercises. So if you‘re looking for an app that offers all you need and has an amazing community, this is it for you!! I promise, you won‘t regret trying it out!! _____________________ But as the app is still very new, there are some bugs here and there that might need to get fixed: - my app still closes in between workouts if i lock my phone - would love if the home page would stay to the actual week you‘re on so you don‘t have to scroll through all weeks - completed exercises get „cleared out“ so you have to check them off again - the in-app community section is a bit overwhelming, so it would be nice to be able to create group chats on your own (or an account with your own page where you can follow each other, see which workouts they‘ve done and which progress they‘ve made,...) The team is working incredibly hard and in the last 8 weeks there were so many improvements already so i think my „problems“ will be fixed soon too. :) Great work!!

Really great workouts

I love the workouts since I can track my progress and don’t have to plan what exercise I’ll do. The app has all planed for me. Plus there are great meal plans and a supportive community. :)

Amazing App!

I’m so so happy about this purchase. The app is so good and customizable, the meals are amazing as well as the workout and I looove that it’s possible to use the workouts offline!🥰 Grace (& team) really did an amazing job!☺️
