1. Supportive content: you get a video demo of every exercise, a full warm-up and cool-down mobility program (Ready & Recover) to compliment any workout session.

2. Program variety: you get access to all the app programs (ranging from 3-5 sessions/week, 45-80 minutes) all including weekly progressive overload protocols.

3. Track your progress: within the CFL app you can track your body composition, record all weekly sets, reps and the weights you used, and see previous week’s numbers to ensure you know how much to progress.

4. Every 4 weeks the workouts within the program change so you can measure progress consistently and build upon improvements with exciting variety.

5. Have real access to Courtney as your coach, who can help you with exercise alternatives and review your form with videos.

6. You can do these workouts at home if you have enough equipment! Ideally: full line of DBs, BB and squat rack, adjustable bench.
