No value for money service

I had only this experience with app where I bought a swim suit which was for $30 including shipment and it wasn’t mentioned on the price that it excludes customs duty when it Arrives in my country and when I ordered and I tracked the order it kept giving me a certain day which is apr 9th - 16th, in actual fact I received it on April 30th after paying the extra customs duty so I paid more and received it very very late. Over and above a few days ago I discovered that the same swim suit is being sold by another online supplier at 40% less than what I paid and delivery is much faster. I feel very dissatisfied and feel cheated and I will never deal with app again and I will keep informing others about it.

Terrible Service!

They claim their delivery takes between 3-15 days, based on what country you’re from. They also state on their app that it may take up to 1 month to deliver to some countries. It’s been 1 month and a half and I haven’t received anything. If you try to contact their customer service a robot texts you! The service is terrible! Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.

I have ordered two products since the 15th of may and didn’t receive it till now and its not moving forward on the track from 22/5 .... i need a contact .!?
