Orders cancelled without any notification

I ordered twice from the app, in sale both time my order was divided into 3 shipments, two arrived and one didn’t i contacted them through email they replied will check and nothing else, after two days i was randomly checking i found the third shipment was canceled without any notification, more than 10 items i emailed them but no reply, happened again 2 items tell now disappeared from the order without information. Very slow app always crashes and not updated with the stock of the warehouse

Complain

Hi I have a problem that Iam not updated by the notified listed items and I told the one line team several times they are not helpful and their answers are not logic at all unfortunately so every day I should check the notified listed items that a l need which is not practical. I also noticed that there were items already delivered to me but on app. Still appear shipped and cancelled which is not true and I also asked the oneline team about this

Amazing experience

Today was the first time to order from app application. It was amazing and wonderful. The order allows me to track it in detail, service was quick and excellent. Highly recommended and will do it again.

Not user friendly

Not user friendly in terms of the sections display and the categories of the style they make the one get confused in order to watch all the collection at once , I would ask you to check the application of river island or asos store in uk as one of the most easiest shopping application I can rely on and search easily by filter option and I can even save for later an item that I might consider to take a look at later on
